A significant project milestone was reached in the construction of a new £5m office development in Colchester this month. Further expansion of the existing Apex 12 Business Park in Ardleigh by developer NEEB Holdings will provide an additional 26,000 sq. ft. of commercial office facilities. A ‘Topping Out’ ceremony, which is a traditional industry event to mark the completion of the roof was attended by the client team and companies involved in its construction. This second phase of works continues the strong working relationship between Wincer Kievenaar Architects and Horizon Construction.
