Celebrating RICS Recognition for Channels Nursery

We are delighted to announce that our Channels Nursery project has received a RICS Highly Commended Award in the Community Benefit category.

The awards were presented on Friday 10 July at The Cambridge Belfry, where we celebrated this fantastic achievement alongside our valued project partners.

It has been a privilege to work with Seymour House Day Nursery Schools and the wider project team to deliver this exceptional scheme. A special thanks to Rose Builders for their outstanding craftsmanship in bringing the design to life.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this well-deserved recognition.

Senior Architect 

Steven Swaby holds the position of Senior Architect at Wincer Kievenaar, bringing with him expertise across residential, commercial, and education sectors. He has engaged in all RIBA Work Stages within a traditional procurement framework, fulfilling roles as Contract Administrator. Steven became part of our team in late 2021, having previously overseen a team at a regional architect and development practice. He obtained his qualifications from the University of Lincoln & Humber and later pursued his Part III at the University of Greenwich.
