Monkey Lodge in Freston has been shortlisted under the Residential category at this year’s RICS East of England awards.
Wincer Kievenaar was the architect for the extension to the private dwelling, which sits adjacent to the River Orwell. The news follows on from Wincer Kievenaar winning the prestigious RIBA Suffolk Design Award, as well being presented with a Craftsmanship Award for Monkey Lodge in 2017.
Constructed by Rose Builders, the project was completed in the Summer of 2016. Wincer Kievenaar provided the full architectural service for the project , seeing it through from concept stage to handover. The practice also provided the role of Contract Administrator.
The category winners and Project of the Year winner will be announced at the RICS East of England Awards Ceremony and Dinner on 10th May at The Apex, Bury St Edmunds.
