Planning success at Shotley Marina

December 9, 2021

We are pleased to provide an update on another planning success at Shotley Marina.

Proposals were approved by Babergh District Council for the erection of a 9 new apartments on the Shotley Peninsula. The scheme shall provide new homes of a high standard with the inclusion of PV panels, Electric Vehicle charging and a Fabric First approach to energy efficient design.

This latest development shall continue the theme of contemporary designed, high specification developments completed by Shotley Marina. Previous successes include Admirality Pier and Shotley Lodge. These two recent projects have demonstrated the appetite for new waterside homes in this beautiful waterside location and we look forward to assisting Shotley Marina and BRC Construction in delivering this project in 2022.
