British Gaskets

The project was designed to provide 24,000 sqft of storage space and associated 2 storey office for this growing Sudbury based business.

The main structure is a steel portal frame clad with a composite microrib cladding material.  The floor finish utilised a power floated floor incorporating a dry shake system to achieve a hardened highly polished effect.

The internal spaces include a mezzanine floor with materials selected for security and longevity. The offices provided to the front of the building are flexible and bright and add a focus point to this contemporary warehouse.
