This project involved the design of 7 bespoke detached houses and 3 affordable terraced houses on the grounds of Cedar House, Woodbridge.  The site is within walking distance of the town centre and opposite the former council offices set within a mature woodland on a high ridge overlooking the valley of the River Deben.  Work for PJ Livesey to discharge the reserved matters following outline consent on the site was achieved in 2016.
