A challenging project on the cliffs at Felixstowe, requiring stabilisation of the cliff and excavation of the slope to maximise the use of a very tight site. A two storey building when viewed from the north, whilst being a four storey building with south facing sea views to the south with 2 floors built against the cliff face.
