A bespoke dwelling was created on an infill plot within Rushmere St. Andrew was completed in 2023.
The one and a half and single storey dwelling was to provide a sustainable, low energy, low maintenance property that could adapt to the clients and their families changing needs over time. Its design takes a contemporary approach to traditional massing, forms and materials following consideration of the existing street scene of its locality, providing a dwelling of its time. The use of full height glazing to the rear of the property has been orientated to focus on the picturesque views across the countryside to the rear and the connectivity to inside outside living.
