Ufford Development

A development of 34 homes  with tenure blind affordable housing designed around a central communal green.  The houses range in scale and massing to create a varied feel and harmonise in their rural context.  The materials of brick, timber and clay tiles are married with zinc cladding and dark grey aluminium windows which provide a contemporary feel.
