Due to continued growth and workload we are looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technician to complement our team.

The successful person will be involved or lead a number of varied scale instructions accross Residential, Leisure and Education and Industrial sectors.

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN 

A Senior Architectural Technician will have the experience, skills and knowledge to act as the ‘job runner’ for all RIBA work stages of a project.

They will demonstrate high quality and considered designs in accordance with the Core Values of the practice and aspire for high quality construction detailing.

What skills are needed:

Vectorworks 3D (preferable, but training will be given)

Experience of Construction Contract administration (JCT Suite)

Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)

Competent in drafting Design and Access Statements

Knowledge of planning, building regulations, statutory compliance and technical standards

Experience of managing and working with other team members

Collaborative approach within the design team

Experience in sustainable and energy conscious design
