Residential Development in Wickford has been successful at appeal

September 16, 2021

We were delighted to hear this week that our ‘Gateway’ residential development in Wickford has been successful at appeal. The development comprises of two separate six storey blocks of 122 apartments and has a contemporary distinctive design utilising the gateway opportunities the site’s location offers. The building’s elevations are predominantly facing brickwork, offering quality and longevity. Whilst the varying tones of brick assist with breaking down the mass and reducing the perceived scale of the building. Well done to the whole team for a great result.
