✨🚀⭐️ Channels Day Nursery – Opening Autumn 2025 ⭐️🚀✨

It was a pleasure to take part in the breaking ground ceremony for the new Channels Day Nursery at Brassie Wood Chelmsford for Seymour House Ltd. Work will begin on site at the end of September 2024. Wincer Kievenaar designed for the client a new build 72 place day nursery which incorporates classrooms, staff facilities and a first floor play terrace overlooking a landscaped play area. The building includes integrated shading to shelter children from sun and rain, and will be constructed with improved levels of thermal efficiency and an extensive photovoltaic array to improve sustainability.
