A bespoke contemporary residential conversion and extension to the Grade II listed Monkey Lodge. The project adopts an honest approach to the heritage assett and retians the significance of the traditional gatehouse. The site setting offers panoramic views of the River Orwell from the rear and the elevated glazed pavillion like structure capitalises on this.

The project has been recognised by the RICS and the Suffolk Architects Association for the high quality design and attention to detail in execution.
