Environmental considerations were central to the design. The building incorporates energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to reduce operational carbon emissions. A large photovoltaic (PV) array contributes to on-site renewable energy generation, while electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities support SRC’s transition to a low-carbon fleet. These features align with broader sustainability goals and future-proof the development within the evolving business park.
